This statement explains how ChickTracker handles user data and implements security safeguards.
1. Role of ChickTracker
ChickTracker functions as a data storage and management platform.
Users are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and ownership of any data entered into the system.
2. User Data Ownership
All incubation records, flock data, breeder information, and other records entered into ChickTracker remain the property of the user.
ChickTracker does not claim ownership of user-generated data.
3. Data Processing
User data may be processed for purposes including:
- account authentication
- system operation
- record storage
- subscription management
- technical troubleshooting
- service improvements
Processing occurs using automated systems and secure infrastructure.
4. Security Measures
We implement commercially reasonable safeguards including:
- HTTPS encrypted connections

- monitoring for suspicious activity
These measures are designed to reduce risk but cannot guarantee absolute protection.
