Account Activation Questions

If you recently subscribed and cannot log in yet, your account may still be in the activation process.

Because our billing system and ChickTracker application run on separate systems, new subscriptions must be verified before access is enabled.

Activation Time

Most accounts are activated within:

15 minutes – 12 hours

During busy periods this may take up to 24 hours.

If it has been longer than 24 hours, please contact us and we will assist you.
